Kayo Super Netball Season Launch & Finals 2022
Kayo Sports is an over-the-top video streaming subscription service available in Australia, owned by Streamotion (a wholly owned subsidiary of Foxtel). The service offers sports live and on demand from Fox Sports, ESPN, beIN Sports, and Racing.com.
Challenge
Kayo wanted to align female grassroot sports participants to drive footfall engagement with the
upcoming season of Super Netball for the 2022 season.
They wanted to run teasers for preseason with high impact display around key fixtures during
the opening of the regular season and finals which took place between June and July.
Solution
With reach for high impact limited and the focus on female audience deliverables Interplay
opted to include Native socials besides desktop and mobile Truskin placements to target Netball
and other female sports interests groups across its grassroot sports platforms.
The results proved consistent with Native performing on par with its high impact equivalent of
desktop and mobile truskin, mainly down to the platform and gender focused targeting.
