BackPageLead appoints Interplay Media for digital ad sales

Online sport community is looking to ramp up its digital advertising and has appointed Australia’s largest independent sport ad network, Interplay Media, to sell on a national basis.

Charlie Happell, publisher of, said he was excited by the partnership and what Interplay Media would bring to the business.

“Over the last 12 months we’ve grown BPL into an important site for sports opinion, analysis and commentary and now is the time to take the next step in our digital sales growth. It also features a weekly vidcast from former AFL champion Wayne Carey, as well as a daily sports betting feature, Video of the Day and TV sport recommendations.
