An Over The Page (OTP) advertisement attracts attention.
Advertising creative is above the content provoking interaction. The OTP is displayed for up to seven seconds and then disappears - we encourage a Leave Behind Unit.

Static or Rich Media creative accepted.
Maximum file size: 100kB for Rich, 40kB for static.
Maximum animation: 15 seconds and loop twice.
Time out after seven seconds.
To avoid issues with navigation menus ensure the Z-index value in your creative template is less than 1000 and wmode is set to transparent.
Frequency capped to one UB per day.
Close button; must be present and clearly defined in the top right corner of the ad - minimum "X" size:32px (w) x 32px (h).
Transparent background accepted.
Available Network Wide.
Third Party Creative accepted. Vendors include;
File Format: MOV & MP4.
Audio must contain a visible stop/play and pause or mute functionality.
Max Video Length: 90 seconds.
All audio must be user initiated by a mouse click.
Standard creative with build requirement 5 business days, for Rich Media executions and additional functionality (Interactive Maps, Video & Social components) lead-time build requirement 10 business days.
